Shanghai Matsuo Steel Structure Co., Ltd was established in 1996 by Japan Matsuo Bridge as a Japanese adventure and then was acquired and reorganized as a joint adventure by China Nanshan Development Group who was subordinated to China Merchants Group in 2005.

Japan Matsuo Bridge, a company of more than 80 years history, is the founder and leader in bridge steel structure in Japan.

With registered capital of 9.5 million and investment of up to 12.8 million USD dollars, Shanghai Matsuo boasts a total space of 131,000 square meters includes workshop area 46,000 square meters and storage yard 55,000 square meters. The workshop capacity is 60,000MT per year. The major business of steel structure covers from petrochemical plant, power plant, mining industrial plant, metallurgic plant, bridge, to high rise buildings.
